Dr. Lannie Milon founded this innovative premier virtual private school to dismantle the “school to prison pipeline” narrative. With over two decades of experience in education, he created this institution to provide equity-based practical solutions focused on career readiness via, preparation, access, retention, and workforce skill building.
Dr. Milon champions the idea that all students are innate learners who can excel when given equitable opportunities. His virtual school offers individualized education tailored to the specific needs and competencies of each student, ensuring they are prepared for their chosen apprenticeships and careers.
Holding a Doctor of Philosophy from Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Milon has an extensive background in K-12 education and leadership, including roles as teacher, principal, executive director, superintendent, and clinical professor. His focus has always been on improving academic performance, governance, financial accountability, and special education services.
Dr. Milon believes that equipping individuals with high school diplomas, performance evaluations, and apprenticeship certifications is key to addressing the workforce crisis. His vision is to create an equitable educational framework that empowers students to achieve their full potential and succeed in their careers.
